Product Detailed Description
HM MG1 (Type 109) mechanical seal is designed for water pumps, centrifugal pumps, submersible motors, vacuum pumps, pipeline pumps, and similar equipment.
Structural Features: Single seal, unbalanced type, bidirectional rotation, bellows structure, bellows-driven mechanical seal. This seal features a compact design, excellent compatibility, and easy installation. The bellows provide a counterforce against pressure to prevent collapse and wrinkling. The bellows and spring work together to apply compensating force to the sealing faces. The rubber bellows design prevents axial movement, thereby enhancing the floating capability of the rotating ring.
Application Fields:Primarily used in water pumps, submersible motors, pipeline pumps, sewage pumps, vacuum feed equipment, and other rotating machinery. Widely applied in wastewater treatment, municipal water supply, chemical, pharmaceutical, food processing, papermaking, and various other industries.
